“As a child everyone grows up and thinks of playing for England and playing at Twickenham and playing against the All Blacks, but that kind of got dashed to me when I was 15 or 16. “At that moment I was involved in the academy process of professional rugby club and I have been told that they never thought I would make it.” Ten years later, Attwood plays lock for Bath Rugby and in 2010 he made his debut with the senior England national team.
